None there literally are no pros, I wish to god there was any pros.
Very good at lying, misleading, coercing, decieving, not delivering, false promises.
Cons
Management style, individual managers, lack of competence in every department. lying, misleading, coercion, deception, never meeting deadlines, tendcy to never keep their promises to employees and potential clients . It's VC money baby let's make harmful ineffective software that doesn't work but make employees work overtime, on weekends cause we got them to sign a sneaky contract and NDA, moving the goalpost all the time, complaining to HR gets you fired but who cares they are living it up in Dubai for reason at all. Causing companies to fail or go bankrupt as the onboarded and nothing worked. Lies about every single thing.
