Numbers game, commanding 'bullying' management style - leaving recruiters feeling uncomfortable, inadequate, sad or angry.
Unfair work place; there are privileges for being an Account Manager, but they give incentive goals for the recruiter to earn the same privileges as the AM.
They promise privileges/benefits working for a small-business but in the end you do not see these benefits if you don't meet outlandish goals and if you're not an AM.
