Pros

I met some great people at Mosaic Learning. Had the opportunity to work on some interesting projects.

Cons

This company is basically carried by one client and it would most likely be catastrophic if that one client was lost. There are a couple promising products coming out of Mosaic Learning, but the market is already saturated by well-established competitors and products. When the pandemic hit in late March and early April, there were a significant amount of layoffs. This happened with absolutely no change management from HR or the executive leadership team. We were all working remotely at the time, and we were all terrified that we would be next. In this time of fear and uncertainty the executive leadership team turned on their employees by laying off more people and choking all remaining employee morale through unjustified performance improvement plans. Advancements and promotions only seem to happen in an effort to retain employees who try to leave, and that all depends on the employee's relationship with the executive leadership team.

Cons

Things keep changing, so we need to keep adjusting to meet new needs and expectations.

Pros

when i was there the company fostered a genuinely positive work environment with a collaborative culture. Teams were filled with talented, motivated individuals who made it a great place to learn and grow. Leadership encouraged innovation and peer support was strong across departments

Cons

Despite the great culture, compensation remained below industry standards. Over time, many top performers and key contributors left in search of better-paying opportunities, which affected morale and continuity
