Want your blood or they don’t want you. Most workers leave depressed due the way this company is run, owner so dissatisfied after handing over their money but stuck with poor management for many years. Also known as Brisbane men’s club ! Take complaints to their health and safety department , wiped under carpet and denial then pushed out of your job.

The people who work at Mosaic are very friendly, the culture is lovely and that is all due to the owners. They will not put up with negative people or behaviour from the wider group.

Unfortunately the Executives are the issue, they separate themselves from the rest of the employees, talk about their teams behind their backs and often have no sense of professionalism when it comes to leadership.
