Illegally recording calls in Illinois “two way party state”. Didnt tell me that I was being listened to. Wasnt giving us PTO Took away technician bonuses because he got mad they called him out for not receiving PTO Worst boss ive ever worked for, just because you can own a business doesnt mean you should. Owner went off on me because I mentioned its illegal to record calls, turned it on me by saying I dont do my job well enough and then went and talked bad about me to all the other employees
