Pros
First off, whomever wrote the above review doesn't know what they are talking about. Motivity has a culture of work hard play hard. Yes employees do get to partake in social events but this only occurs on Friday afternoons or after work hours. During the day we are expected to work hard and take ownership of the work. One of the best things about Motivity is the culture. Everyone we work with is considered family and it is because of this culture that we can do so much as a smaller start up company. Another Pro is flexible work from home time, extra earned time off, benefits such as 401k and stock matching, and a fully stocked kitchen each week. Motivity is a very entrepreneurial spirited company and we push our employees to be creative and make improvements to processes and own their own projects. You will not be micro managed here.
Cons
About 3 months of training and ramp up until your actually a functioning team member depending on position.
