Cons
The AN Global that took over the name AgileThought replaced most of the management positions. The culture is gone. They kept hiring new managers/directors to bring the old culture back instead of promoting people. The feeling of working for AT went from pride to shame in less than 1 year. Every time we hear the C team speaking we get more and more the feeling that we are just a cog in the machine.
