      Pros

      After nearly two decades here, people ask why I stay. The answer is simple: it never stands still. There is always a new, exciting challenge or a strategic project to focus on, which keeps the role feeling fresh. I am lucky to work alongside truly amazing colleagues. There is a "we’re in this together" spirit that makes even the toughest days rewarding. One of the biggest perks is the level of autonomy I’m given. I have the freedom to manage my own day and the trust to execute my job without micro-management. MSI has built a super friendly, welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself. I have felt supported at every turn of my career.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but given the environment can sometimes be quite fast paced, it’s not a place for those who prefer a "static", mundane routine.

      Amazing internship culture! Everyone is super supportive and nice. The internship program is also very well-organized. Great WLB as well.

      Pros

      I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

      Cons

      That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.

      Thanks for your review. We regularly review employee compensation to make sure it is competitive with local market practices in the industries and countries where we operate. Additionally, all Motorola Solutions employees participate in an annual incentive plan or a sales incentive plan. That said, we appreciate your feedback and have made a note of it.
