Pros
I enjoyed my work and the pay was ok., it wont make you rich.If you like change you get it. May be the company will do better now after the split and all the sell offs and lay offs. Gerat products on what they still make.
Cons
- Employee review was a joke (It was called RPA). It started out that 20% of people had to be on the bottom.You can meet and exceed your goals and be labled as bad preformer because they said others in your pay grade do more or better. Then the next review you were a star preformer and nothing changed with what you were doing. I think the current review is that 10% has to be on the bottom. They said they were doing away with that yeah right. - Do more with less help and no pay raise Jop eliminations bring the eliminated positions duties to other employees. - Moral stinks. You worry if your going to have a job next week or if the company is going to sell you off to some other company.
