      Promotions through the company can take while, and sometimes overtime pay is not allocated to certain projects.

      There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

      Cons

      No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility
