Management is disorganized and lacks transparency. Promises made during hiring were not respected, communication was poor, and decisions were inconsistent and negatively affected employees’ professional development. There was little support, limited accountability, and a culture that placed blame on staff rather than addressing management issues. This experience had a negative impact on my professional confidence and career planning.
