Pros
If you are lazy, not the highly intelligent ones in work but good in playing politic, and want an easy life... then this is the place you can stay forever because they pay you to be at that level. It is a good place to stay for young engineers and be there for 2 to 3 years top.
Cons
If you can't get into the inner circle of the company, that it, you're out forever and don't ever think that you will get appreciated enough and grow within. It is a very quiet working environment, quieter than a school library that staffs are too afraid to talk and one team hardly talks to another team sitting at the same floor.
