Pros
- Flexible work hours, if you needed a few hours or a day off you could make up the hours later in the week - Project Leads and Boss were all very nice and outgoing - Work was tedious but easy to exceed the target counts - Decent benefits for the salary
Cons
- Poor salary only 17 an hour, little chance to get a raise - No upward mobility, and you are very replaceable - Poor job security, many of my coworkers were laid off - Work was mind-numbingly boring - Little chance to network within the company -
