Good culture, average pay and management is understanding that even corporate employees have a life outside of work.

Unfortunately, I was an employee in good standing but when it came time to move on to my next opportunity I gave a two weeks notice and was told to leave on the spot. Obviously this is typically an industry standard for most 3PL organizations but the results came with no pay after giving them a “heads up,” instead of quitting on the spot entirely. Moral of the story, don’t give notice if you decide to move on to a better opportunity when working for Motus, but your time “employed” will be enjoyable.
