Pros
Everyone is friendly and professional, if you work hard and are dependable supervision is extremely minimal, I was trained well and everyone is more than willing to help if I have a question. Benefits cost is half of what I paid at my last place of employment, huge discounts on anything Mouser sells is quite a benefit as well as all of the discounts that come with Berkshire Hathaway, and the company is growing rapidly with many opportunities for promotion. most importantly I have never been treated as well as I have at Mouser. My day flies by due to being able to work on my own, listen to my iPod, and breaks are scheduled so it seems like I'm hardly working at all.
Cons
I have not found a con as of yet. If I had to pick one then I would say high co-pays for medical but in reality that has caused me to make smarter decisions about my health. Some would say having to keep your cell phone in a locker would be a con but I have enjoyed having a break from it every day.
