In charge recently try to find out the person who wrote in Glassdoor post. Indirectly want to get rid of the person. Even share with us confidential stuff about the person. Many people resign due to bad leadership. In charge come in office late and leave on the dot. Still can say HR on her side. Bad in understand company work process. Unfair promotion. Those that work harder was not promoted. Those that close to in charge got promoted.
