      Pros

      To worked there its like you have your own business for good and bad , you can make a lot of money but you need to invest a loot of time and attention ( which basically you'll have to do in any job if you wanna make good money ) . There is a lot of leads and incoming calls . they pay on time and the mangers are great

      You must be ready for this type of work . I you are you can make a lot of money

      Pros

      pays well, if you are good. They are pretty organized. there is no perfect company but, if you have a good attitude put your head down. you can grow professionally and earn good money

      Cons

      its a small company and you will experiene that. at the same time, you can argue that a PRO - is that its a small company and you will experince that. All in your outlook :)

      Decent work place, nice people

      It felt scammy and people kept calling about their personal items missing or not showing up on time/at all but because it’s a broker there wasn’t much we could do.
