-Great Career Oppertunities -Doesnt require you to have any Graduation of sort rather it be College or Highschool -Hard work gets rewarded and noticed -Management is held at a high level of responsibility so you can confidently say your leader/manager is on your team -Scheduling is clear and not confusing -Management works with you -HR team is phenomenal and responds fast to concerns -Customer Service team has the movers and the customer in mind and thought -Alot of benefits such as medical, PTO, Vacation, and Many more -The Owners/CEO's are involved and show up to locations to meet and greet team members and learn and teach from them.
Cons
This is a Fairly new company with 2 to 3 locations So the opportunity to move up is There and easy BUT you need to work hard and show how hard you wanna be involved, Because there's not tons of positions to jist get bumped up to. its not as simple as Stay here for 2 months and work hard and get bumped up, there are others here that are determined and hungry so you need to show your hard work and speak out.
