I do not have any cons about my job!

It is a great place for those who like to learn new things because there are always new projects and ideas. The company values responsibility and ownership which is perfect for those who like to have an impact on their work. Employee ideas and opinions are always welcome and taken into consideration. Finally, there is a great personal and work life balance. Schedules are flexible, you can work from home or the office at your convenience, etc.

It is a fast-paced environment which is not for everyone. As it is a small company, you must be able to take on many hats and be versatile (which is great if you like to learn new things).
