      1.Highly unprofessional people. 2. Salary is big issue here 3. Still working with old technologies 4. Managers have interest in employees personal life 5. Project management is not good at all

      It was very challenging yet exiting journey with Mplussoft as you will get chance to work in various domains and projects. The management is supportive. But make sure you follow commitments and do your work on time as needed
