Terrible company - Service Technician Mr. Handyman Employee Review

Pay structure is garbage, no communication between office and customers, drugged out and burnt out employees, owner lies to get you on and does not keep promises, no way to move up, you're not paid well, owner deducts hours at his discretion without warning. When I was hired I was promised set hours, work life balance and a decent salary. None of those came to fruition. Company lies to customers, sails through bids and estimates with very forethought. Techs will show up with no idea of the job scope, show up with the wrong materials only to delay the job for two weeks.
