1. Easy going, no targets. Be the slave of CEO to increase salary every diwali and during april month. 2. People with no experience can join with Yearly CTC of INR 60,000/- 3. People who are desperate for job can join this company. 4. Family members can join, Knowledge not required.
Cons
1. They offer a project manager role and make you do sales as well. If you don't listen to them then they will plan to fire you. Java developer people are getting sales manager roles. 2. People from aboard should not join this company as they will devalue you and you might have to go back to your country without pay. 3. No growth. 4. Not funded hence salary will not come on time rather it will come after the 20th of the month for the previous month's salary. 5. People living in PG will suffer due to a low salary package plus salary coming late. My times my PG owner has told to leave the PG. 6. Technology is bad. No senior or cto to guide. Trial & Error technology is being developed. 7. HR policies say after 45 days we will get the previous salary once we leave the company and now it's been more than 70 days I left the company and yet they have not paid. HR will block you on all communications, No response over mail as well. It is tough to get settlement amount. Many former employees file cases to get their salaries. 8. You can be removed immediately if you do not accept to management words. management acts very friendly but beware. 10. Girls has no respect in front of management. They will comment of their looks, color and make body shame remarks in front of you.. and when you don't like it, they say to take it as a joke and not personally. 12. They make you work 18 hrs a day. 13. Developers handle 4+ projects with delivery timeline of 2 months together.
