      Pros

      People are friendly at least to your face. The office is beautiful.

      Cons

      There is none of the training or onboarding that was promised during interviews. HR is not neutral here so if this is gently brought up It will cause an issue. I was thrown into the deep end from week 2 and told to sink or swim.
