Pros
Working with smart motivated people was a really good experience for me in which I gained a lot of knowledge and obtained many skills. Needless to say, their free drinks, snacks and buffet style lunch were amazing.
Cons
Depends on the team but could be a very busy and fast paced environment. But you will definitely feel a sense of accomplishment at project completion.
