Pros
The Profero team is really strong, in both talent and culture. There are no egos: just smart people who work hard, muck in to help each other out, and get great results because of it. There's a good mix of clients and briefs, plenty of ownership and opportunity, and always something to challenge you and get you thinking. The senior team are really receptive to new ideas and this makes it a brilliant place to be if you want to help shape what's next.
Cons
While there's a better work life balance here than many places I've worked, it can occasionally get a bit hectic.
