Pros

Great access to resources and amazing city that is growing. Healthcare and benefits are generous. Food is available at the office every day.

Cons

All smoke and mirrors. When you join the team, you will be immediately greeted and sized up. If you don't fit in with the click, you will be pushed out of the social circle, which in turn keeps you from succeeding, as success is determined by your social connections at Mullen. Your reviews will happen without you being present. There is zero work life balance. Essentially you have entered high school. Inappropriate behavior runs rampant at the office. Overly intoxicated rep outings are an embarrassment. There is no training. If you are coming in, and unfamiliar with a process or software, expect a five year outdated book to be dropped on your desk that is of no help at all. Most important thing to take away from these glass door reviews....if you don't fit in with the click, you will be pushed out. The louder you are the more attention you get. Don't expect support unless you have something to trade in turn.

Pros

Some really wonderful people that work tremendously hard and try to do great work but are often at the mercy of ridiculous schedules and demands/poor management. Great benefits. W-S is kind of a cool town, you just need to know what to look for.

Cons

The culture, the environment, it is unhealthy. If you're in the 'inside circle' you are golden but otherwise not so much. The atmosphere is very 'Good Old Boys/Girls Network'. The turnover rate is kind of shocking. Yes it's advertising but great, talented, frustrated people, have been leaving like crazy for the past eighteen mos. or so. Therefore, morale isn't so great. People get burned out and then burned out some more. The work has been suffering for a while. It doesn't look like this will change.
