Helpful HR but not suitable for introverts/Poor leadership - Anonymous employee MullenLowe Employee Review

-This company is not recommended for Introverts. Dancing/Performing on Christmas parties is a hard requirement. Its part of their "culture" -This was an Isolated case(not all managers are like this). On the digital side, I had a poor performing manager. He/she was more of a specialist, the technical skills was there but lacks experience in managing employees.
