Pros
I had the opportunity to learn on the job as i am a very fast learner when it comes to practicals, i did a lot of installments and networking, i solved IT related issues and was able to handle difficult task.
Cons
Giving more time to trainee staffs, i had a lot to do but i expected more from a multinational company because i really love my IT field and really want to experience more, i got lesser than i expected.
