My experience at Multilaser was extremely positive as it provided me with a great opportunity as my first job. During my time there, I had the chance to learn a variety of things related to the functioning of electronic boards and board repairs. This experience allowed me to develop valuable technical skills and expand my knowledge in this specific field. One of the most enriching aspects of my work at Multilaser was dealing with problem-solving in a production system where the constant focus was on effectiveness and the quality of the final product. This approach required facing daily challenges and issues, which helped me enhance my problem-solving skills in an efficient manner. Learning to tackle these obstacles was a valuable lesson and significantly contributed to my professional growth. Moreover, a highly rewarding aspect of my experience was the opportunity for promotion within the company in a short period of time. Multilaser values internal development and provides clear paths for professional advancement. This potential for progression served as an additional incentive for me to dedicate myself and continuously seek to improve my skills and knowledge.

However, one negative aspect I encountered was the distance between my home and the workplace. The daily commute consumed a considerable amount of time, impacting my daily routine and availability for other activities outside of work. This difficulty with the distance posed a personal challenge that I had to navigate during my time at Multilaser.
