Company very nice. If you know the president, you get big job! Marketing not needed—just family ties. Director have no experience but it okay, they learning on the job. If you related, they give you good position fast! 5 stars if you like family-run, 1 star if you like qualifications. Overall, fun place, just don’t need know much about business
