It is a newer company

They make you feel welcomed. They give you resources if you need to speak to someone. Annually they give yay 7 sick days and 3 person days. Health, vision, dental insurances are added. They have a retirement plan for you.

Some teachers don't support substitutes in managing the students , they belittle you when you walk past. HR barely know the staffs names. They don't inform staff when things happen within the school.
