      Pros

      Good WLB, people are really nice here. Pretty flexible on time off.

      Cons

      Experience varies on the client side, some project/client is difficult to deal with. The base salary is not great, but I think it's good to get you into the industry.

      Quality of work and the opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Everything else. Pay is low, no promotions, no bonus, work life balance doesn't exist, job is extremely fast, high paced and high pressure.
