The product and opportunities given in employment to people with no idea what they are doing, therefore great for cv building
Cons
Disorganised, directors taking on too many roles at once and spreading themselves thinly, awful wages and not evenly distributed on al levels, makes changes to way of working all the time so lack of consistency, field staff come and go like the weather due to not have benefits that other companies offer. I could go on for ever...
