Team is great - the company is truly mission driven and solves problems to make a positive difference in patient lives, so it attracts (and looks for) people who genuinely care about that. While Mural has strong startup culture and moves quickly, It's also a real company, that solves a real problem, and has strong customer buy-in and growth. In a world of companies that might not last in the long run or are looking for a quick exit, it's great to work for a company that runs like a lasting business.

If you don't care about the mission, or you're not willing to work in a lean environment where everyone does everything - this won't be a good place for you.
