Pros
Overall healthy working atmosphere and the coworkers are usually great, although that might vary from project to project (see cons). The company is keeping up with the competition in terms of benefits so everything you would reasonably expect (e.g. healthcare) is there. Corporate holiday celebrations are offered - and those are really great, unlike many other companies.
Cons
Salaries, stress levels and other conditions vary greatly between office locations and individual projects. It's hard to know what exactly you are going to get until you try. Career growth prospects are also somewhat vague for the same reasons.
