      Decent healthcare options. 401K match 5%. Good employee discount on merchandise.

      Low pay, irregular work schedule. Upper management is out of touch with labor needs at store level. New employees get hired at a higher rate than current employees.

      Pros

      Flexibility - being able to work from home is incredibly important as a mom of a young child who needs to be taken to and from school

      Cons

      Training is atrocious. Grab your life preserver and hope for the best when you get thrown to the sharks. Pay is also disgustingly low, especially considering the crap we deal with & the cost of living in this town. Health care premiums are ridiculously high. $300 of my pay each month goes to HI, which rarely gets used.
