Pros
Great work environment. Depending on your team (and luck I guess) you get to work on new projects and heavily influence its overall architecture and technologies used, acquiring transferable skills along the way. Leadership is approachable down to earth people, you can see them roaming around regularly. They do the best they can to abstract away all the stress from living in Lebanon with their in-house services available to employees. Amazing medical insurance (literally the best worldwide) They have an on-premises gym available 24/7 (and showers!) which is a lifesaver considering the long working hours. And also an abundance of drinks and fruits lol.
