Pros

they do provide insurance, paid holidays, and other benefits.

Cons

you have to wait for several days for information to be sent to you from corporate office that you started emailing and calling people for on a Monday and you still don't have it by 5 on Thursday so that you can get necessary paperwork to farm managers. Also, they tend to have several people working on the same things such as preparing mail to go to the farms & sow cards and they end up going to the wrong place. They pay to bring in people & families to the U.S. from Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras, find them housing, get their utilities turned on, get them social security cards etc. so they can get tax credits then the people get fired or quit 2 weeks later and housing is difficult to find as it is.

Pros

Awesome benefits and good pay for the area. General manager of the company Michael Rainwater makes you feel appreciated , no one below him however does

Cons

I honestly wish I could put less stars. This place is a joke, the upper management let's farm leaders get away with whatever the want. Then the complex managers come in once ever week or two with a piece of paper and write down every bad thing that they van about you and never tell you that you are doing anything correctly. SOP'S change weekly and you never know what you are supposed to do because you have an manager who is gone every other week for a week at a time. NO EMPLOYEES AT MBMO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE APPRECIATED. Michael Rainwater who is the general manager of the company is the ONLY person who chose to make his employees feel appreciated, but we see him maybe four times a year, you need to be reminded a little more often than that. At one point I was actually told "your replaceable.. Workers like you are a dime a dozen"
