Pros

High salary for very low pressure and stress.

Cons

Incredibly dysfunctional, no vision, no leadership, no accountability for failure. Nobody is working together towards a common goal but in fairness to the staff, this is made impossible for them to achieve by a CEO who seems to run the company purely on impulse, no logic found in any decision making. Shooting from the hip is an understatement! This has resulted in several initiatives failing miserably. Some drastic but necessary for survival cost-cutting has been disguised as progress but in reality the business continues to stagnate with no focus placed on it's products and service. Just constant messages to 'trade harder' - whatever that means! Constant rumours and speculation. Frequent redundancies. Communication is either non-existent or poorly circulated by company wide zoom calls where leadership will swear and giggle their way through what should be professional updates. Often left to find out company policy changes via LinkedIn posts. It’s embarrassing stuff at times. Despite recently offering remote and hybrid contracts, there’s now a relentless obsession for full-time office presence. One of many examples of flip flop decision making causing friction among staff. The office itself is soulless and in a really run down area. There are a small handful of employees who prop this place up and ensure it remains operational, beyond those few, the place is full of apple polishers
