Very fortunate for the recent opportunities that have been awarded to the company. The group is ever evolving to accommodate and be successful.

With growth comes change and adaptation. These shifts can difficult to navigate.

What a great concept of a company! You get to be creative while working towards building amazing exhibits that will be see and/or touched by people for years to come. Small company, so you get the opportunity to wear many hats and dabble in various positions/trades. Amazing content and opportunities.

Where do I begin? This place is cursed. There's a dark cloud over it, you don't feel it ALL of the time but it's there more than you'd like. Upper management doesn't really know how to do just that, manage. They're terrible at managing money, time, & people. You WILL be delayed in receiving pay checks. Unfortunately that's part of the culture of the company. Another part of the culture is pitting teams against each other, production against design, and sales against everyone else. Sometimes you're setup to fail, unfortunantly. I believe that deep down, there are good hearts there. Just the poorest execution of a working company that I've ever seen.
