Pros

The worst experience I ever had so do not fall for this.

I want to share my experience with Muzigal in the hope that it leads to resolution and helps other families make informed decisions. I enrolled my two children in their program over a year ago and paid upfront for a full year after trying for 3 months, trusting the platform’s reputation and professionalism. Unfortunately, for the past 8+ months, the experience has steadily declined. We have had three different teachers leave, reportedly due to not being paid. This has resulted in constant disruption, lack of continuity, and a significant drop in the quality of instruction. Even the admin staff has change so many times that I have lost the count. Can't login to the portal because the OTP does not work so I have to be dependent on someone else from their team to manage the classes,. It has been going on for more than 8 months now! As a parent, it’s frustrating to see my children’s learning impacted despite having paid in full. Even more concerning is the lack of accountability. I have reached out through multiple channels (to the founder, Yeluri himself) requesting support and a fair resolution, including a refund for the unused portion but have not received any response. At this point, I feel stuck: No stable or experienced teachers No transparency No resolution despite repeated follow-ups I am sharing this not out of frustration alone, but to ask: How does a company justify continuing to take payments while failing to provide consistent service? How does a service provider survives this business model with such a lack for customer service? I sincerely hope Muzigal’s leadership addresses these concerns, honors customer commitments, and takes responsibility for the current situation. If anyone else has had a similar experience or found a way to resolve it, I would appreciate hearing from you.
