Pros

You can do what you want in the field. People are nice.

Cons

Pay (the owners don’t always pay you what you make) Hours ( you’re expected to arrive early and leave late sometimes 10:30 at night “extra mile”) People (usually the people are demotivated) You’re basically a slave … no benefits

Pros

I made a couple of new friends.

Cons

Pay is garbage. Base pay is borrowed so if you don’t sell a certain amount, the base pay you receive will be taken out of the check after. Hours are terrible. Working 50-60 a week making less than minimum wage. You are heavily deceived during all parts of the hiring process. Most people quit within the first week and many quit the very first day once they realize you just walk around in Best Buy trying to sell people satellite TV. You are required to drive all around the DFW area with no reimbursement on gas money. You’re encouraged to spend time after work at “team nights” to further brain wash you to think your job is actually fun and exiting. You have morning meetings where you play games and listen to music to further brainwash you into believing that this toxic environment is actually good for you and that you’ll one day be a millionaire like your boss! You will not be a manager or have any opportunities to grow, the only management you’ll be doing is trying to brainwash your “team” and hopefully keep them from quitting on you. Please stay as far away from this company as possible. I regret the months that I wasted at this essentially, legal pyramid scheme of a job.

Reviewer, Our management and recruiting teams here at Mvalor Group are always receptive to feedback because it helps us strengthen our systems and grow our business. However, this review seems to be a little one-sided. To address a few of your statements, we hold a three-step interview process. This gives our candidates plenty of time to ask questions and conduct online research regarding our business and our open position. We have systems in place to prevent miscommunication and "deception". Our competitive pay structure, clients, face to face marketing techniques, and bonus incentives are all discussed during your interview process and during your first week of training. We understand that our opportunity is not for everyone. Sadly, that seems to be the case here. We wish you all the best and hope that you were able to pick up a few useful skills in the few months that you were with us. Sincerely, Mvalor Group Management Team
