      Pros

      Great group of talent with creative ideas and a punk-rock attitude. They gave people plenty of creative freedom and encouraged experimentation.

      Cons

      Management was bad at forecasting its income and managing its expenses, which led to people not getting paid on time as the company struggled to balance the books.

      Pros

      They're a semi-known media company, you can find out alot about what not to do very fast. It's really a bad environment, I dont want to put pros just to reach the word minimum.

      - Disrespectful - Inability to work as a team even when a great team is around - Business model from half a century ago somehow running online business - Lying on reports - Verbal abuse
