We had the best leaders in our department. They are super caring of their employees and respectful. They were flexible with us and did not micromanage. The president and founder of the company is an amazing person which trickled down throughout the company.

No benefits. And the pay was not as great but there were other incentives which made up for the pay.

-Loved working with the students -It’s work from home which is very nice -They provide you with a second monitor which was awesome

-The pay is extremely low -They did not guarantee hours. There were weeks where I was only getting 10 hours in. -I think I would have had a better experience if I was placed with a different Lead but the Lead I had was always frazzled, she was super disorganized, consistently distracted by her kids during meetings, she was very micromanaging, and she also expected you to be available whenever she wanted even though week-to-week hours were not guaranteed. -There is next to no room for growth.
