Pros

Some talented coworkers who genuinely care about their work.

Cons

The company is very unstable, and that instability trickles down to every department. There’s no real structure or strategy, just reaction and confusion. The culture feels disconnected from American workplace values. Management treats employees as replaceable numbers and believes that hiring Latinos gives them the right to manage as if they were in Latin America. There’s no flexibility or respect for work-life balance, everyone works 9–5, takes lunch at the same time, and is expected to follow rigid routines that make no sense for a modern organization. To make things worse, after leaving the company, I still haven’t received my final payment. It’s extremely disappointing to have to chase them through multiple emails for money that was already earned. No professional organization should ever treat former employees this way.

Pros

I learned a lot here and got to work with tools I hadn't used before, which was helpful for building my skills. Some coworkers were great to work with.

Cons

For the most part the work environment wasn’t very professional. We were told to stop working about an hour left of our shift for mandatory karaoke sessions that involved drinking, even though our work hours were 10am to 6pm. This eventually stopped but it happened for a while. There was a lot of family involvement in the company. Multiple relatives worked there, and other family members who weren’t employees were regularly in the office. Some individuals were placed in higher-level roles mainly because they were related to leadership. Personal pets belonging to relatives who didn’t work there were also brought into the office. Both brothers who ran the business had personal relationships with employees who reported directly to them at different points.
