MyMichigan is a great place to work. Leadership strives to improve not only patient care but also improve the lives of staff and the communities we serve. I say we because I am MyMichigan and I am very proud to say that I have been a part of a great organization and have watched it grow across the state to support so many more communities.

Local leadership is available and approachable, good opportunities for growth

Hit or miss with management on how competent they are and how you’ll be treated, tend to promote people based on clinical experience and skills rather than leadership which can create a lot of challenges. As an organization the rapid growth has put strain on a few areas, with little to no acknowledgment from higher ups.
