Pros
The place is fun to work, it has a kitchen with coffee/tea machine, and lunch area. The location is convenient. Co-workers are friendly and we go out for lunch together frequently. Free company lunch every Thursday.
Cons
No work ethic; I always believed management should set an example. The top management, when in the office, shows up around 11am and leaves at 2/3pm. People have no incentive to do differently
and therefore show up late and leave at 5pm sharp. Feels like working in a factory
(clock in-clock out) where no one cares about their work. When you have a
deadline, it's almost never delivered and postponed over and over again.
