Pros
One of the golden aspects of working at MySmartPrice is the impeccable work-life balance they award their employees. You may not realize that until you leave the company for a corporate setup. Other good things include health insurance, management and the finance department. Employees are friendly and so are the co-founders.
Cons
They have invested a fair amount of time in keeping dead assets in the company. There is still a lot of scope of growing if they identify the elements (read: employees) keeping them down.
