Great team environment and lots of hardworking employees. My team is very collaborative. The company also invests in employee development, and offers several programs/benefits towards this.

Downside is the workload can have tight deadlines at times.

The break room area is nice with great espresso machines. Company outings are decent. The admin at the front desk is amazing.

Understaffed, overworked and underpaid. Workplace is not safe, too many OSHA violations gone unaddressed. Management has zero urgency to address issues. HR Department is horrible. False promises from upper management.
