Management & staff are cliquey. They ignore you, or talk down to you. Training on the ground is minimal. The regulations of the job differ between every person, so you're constantly doing "something wrong" according to somebody. There is minimal organisation or consistency. Rosters are totally unpredictable. There has been absolutely zero contact details given for if you need to talk to someone outside of work hours. I do not feel supported, or part of any team. I do not enjoy coming to work.
